Although Camp Sweeney is only in session during the summer, diabetes doesn\u2019t stop when the school year begins, and neither do we. PFC Life keeps campers connected through every season. Host families open their homes in communities across Texas for campers to gather and share their highs and lows. These nights of games, laughter, and Sweeney traditions bring Perseverance, Faith, and Courage to life and remind campers that they are never alone.<\/span><\/div>\n

HOW TO RSVP<\/h3>\n

To ensure that PFC Life! remains tailored to our current campers, we use a verified\u00a0texting system to distribute PFC Life! details. After campers, or parents on their behalf, sign up for this system they will be able to RSVP and receive the location of PFC Life! events.<\/p>\n

Each location has a unique keyword that must be used in order to sign up for\u00a0PFC Life!\u00a0events. The keywords are:<\/p>\n

PFCLifePlano<\/strong>\u00a0– Plano, Allen, McKinney, Frisco area
\nPFCLifeDFW<\/strong>\u00a0– Fort Worth, Lewisville, Coppell, Southlake area
\nPFCLifeDallas<\/strong>\u00a0– Dallas, Carrollton, Richardson area
\nPFCLifeAustin<\/strong>\u00a0– Austin area<\/p>\n
