M-A-X!
When? Saturday, December 18th, 1 – 3:00 p.m.
Where? Churchill Recreation Center:
6906 Churchill Way, Dallas, TX 75230
Who can attend? Children aged 5-12 with Type 1 Diabetes
**Siblings of children with Type 1 Diabetes in this age range are also welcome
Cost? $10 per participant
The costs includes a Williams Sonoma Gingerbread House kit. These kits cost $30 each. JDRF has graciously offered to sponsor $20 for each participant. Each participant costs only $10. Thank you, JDRF!
