Who? Current camp ambassadors between 16-18

What? A day of service and community, helping to prepare Camp Sweeney for the events of the summer

Where? Camp Sweeney

When? Sunday, April 2nd 9:30 am arrival- 5:00 pm departure

Campers will either need to drive up to Camp Sweeney and arrival at 9:30 am or be dropped off. Parents will not be allowed to stay, and all campers must depart camp property at the end of the work day. Lunch, dinner, and snacks provided. Diabetes care/insulin need to be provided by the camper, we will have juice for lows.

Responsibility of Medical Supervision/Treatment*

Due to staffing limitations, Camp Sweeney will not be responsible for the medical supervision and treatment of participants during the teen work day event. Camp Sweeney will not be responsible for providing medical supplies (testing supplies, insulin, etc.) for participants.

I acknowledge and understand that Camp Sweeney is not responsible for medical supervision and/or treatment of participants. As guardian, I give permission for my child to attend this event.
